Job Requirements of Route Service Representative:
M-F work schedule (40 hours). Medical Benefits, 401k, Pension, Paid Vacation, Profit Sharing and more are available to the right candidate with the following traits:
v Service Focused, with an emphasis on attention to detail
v Communicate in a clear, confident manner as a company authority
v Highly organized with strong time management
v High level of follow through
v Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills
v Manage route inventories while increasing profitability
v Ability to lift 75lbs regularly
v Comfortable with technology
The applicant will be required to submit to and pass a hair follicle drug screen, Background check and possess a clean drivers’ record.
Must have the ability to drive an 18ft step van, be able to service established customers by delivering product to and from their locations.
