Job Requirements of Route Driver:
Responsibilities :
- Drives a company owned delivery truck to and from numerous customer stops daily
- Delivers clean uniforms, linens, mats and other products to our existing customers
- Picks up soiled products at customer locations and returns to branch for processing
- Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and requests and pro-actively solving problems
- Grows the existing route through sales of additional items from our product line and maximizing our opportunities to bring value to our customers
- Operates a handheld accurately to ensure proper on-site inventories are maintained
- Completes all paperwork properly and accurately for each customer as well as the Service Department at daily check-in
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in a customer service or sales related role preferred
- Must be 21 years or age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening (hair)
- Able to meet the physical requirements - lift and carry 30-75 pounds

Morgan Services, Inc. is currently looking for a Route Driver – linen and uniforms. Selected individual will provide route service to a set customer base in the hospitality and medical industries, through the pick-up and delivery of linen, uniforms, and facility services products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products. Duties involve driving a company owned step-van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the course of the day, as well as lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts. Route Drivers are also responsible for customer satisfaction, by responding to customer inquiries and requests, as well as pro-active problem-solving. Additional responsibilities include growing the existing route, through sales of additional items from our product line by maximizing our opportunities to bring value to our current customers. Specific routes and customers are assigned, in order to build a rapport between the Route Driver and the customers serviced.
