Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience can substitute for formal education.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
- Experience with various value-added sales techniques and a strong focus on selling services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to write clear reports and business correspondence.
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of effective time management.
- Professional appearance and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Other:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving history.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary with commission.

- Sales and Client Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
- Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to healthcare administrators and procurement managers.
- Regularly visit clients and potential clients to promote products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Market Analysis and Development:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
